The Offer
To accelerate growth and speed up building the company we are looking for a minimum investment of 300,000 £.
The new partner is offered 34% of the company’s equity. An option (not binding) to participate with more capital if the business develops as planned is on offer. The requirement is from £ 750.000 to £ 1.500.000. This can be arranged as a loan with an interest rate like Libor +3%. The initial Investment will be arranged with a payback time from 12 to 18 months.
